As a charter bus driver with Awesome Charters and Tours, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers on scheduled trips and tours, following predetermined routes while remaining flexible to accommodate reasonable requests from tour guides or guests. This role goes beyond driving—you’ll also act as a frontline ambassador, providing outstanding customer service and occasionally stepping into the role of program director to enhance the overall travel experience. Safety is your top priority, and you’ll be expected to observe all traffic laws, inspect your vehicle before each trip, and ensure scheduled maintenance is completed. Trips may range from single-day excursions to multi-day tours, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment where reliability, professionalism, and communication skills are essential.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician with a strong understanding of major vehicle systems and diesel engines, as well as familiarity with both diesel and gasoline fleet vehicles. Responsibilities include performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing and repairing all types of bus and motor coach equipment—including engines, transmissions, brakes, A/C, exhaust, and electrical systems—as well as conducting oil changes, tire and battery replacements, glass repairs, and general inspections. Candidates must be comfortable using laptops and diagnostic software to troubleshoot electrical issues, maintain detailed service logs, and adhere to all safety protocols. The ideal applicant will have at least three years of experience working with motor coaches, hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License with air brake and passenger endorsements, and demonstrate expertise in electrical diagnostics, hydraulics, braking systems, drivelines, air systems, steering and suspension components, and coach HVAC systems. A high level of organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others are essential
